  10. A couple of sample loading functions

  12. One loads a mono IFF sample - it can uncompress 
  13. fibonacci compressed samples

  15. The other one loads mono or stereo IFF samples

  17. Both check first for enough chip ram, and a
  18. valid IFF/8svx sample before loading and return
  19. appropriate error numbers if something is wrong.
